Sarawak Energy Temporarily Closes All Customer Service Counters and Suspends Meter Reading and Bill Delivery Services During The Movement Control Order

Sarawak Energy will temporarily close all its customer service counters during this Movement Control period till further notice to help the government mitigate the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
All meter reading and bill delivery services will also cease with immediate effect.
Nevertheless, critical function teams which includes the technical team remains in operation to ensure the lights stay on for all customers.
Customers are encouraged to use our online services by downloading the ‘SEB cares’ mobile application (available in Play Store or App Store) or via https://sebcares.sarawakenergy.com.my/ for bill payment, to view bill or to report any technical issue and make enquiries.
Payment of bills can also be done via other online platforms such as online banking, Sarawak Pay, Boost and JomPay.
