Sarawak Energy Appointment System
With the introduction of the Sarawak Energy Appointment System (SEAS), customers can manage their time and reduce waiting time for their transactions at Sarawak Energy Customer Service Counters.
SEAS allows customers to make appointments with Sarawak Energy anytime, anywhere. To make an appointment, customers can select the customer service counter of their choice, the preferred date and time at least one (1) day before their intended visit date. Once the appointment has been confirmed, customers will only need to turn up five (5) minutes before the appointment time.
Customers can refer to the checklist at https://www.sarawakenergy.com/customers/customer-service to ensure all the necessary documents are brought along prior to their visit. Customers are also required to obtain fully vaccinated status in their mySejahtera account before visiting any of our counters.
Sarawak Energy encourages customers to perform transactions such as bill payments via Sarawak Energy's mobile app “SEB cares” or other platforms such as online banking, JomPay and e-wallets like Sarawak Pay and Boost.
