Customers With Abnormalities In Their Bills To Contact Sarawak Energy’s Customer Care Centre At 1300-88-3111
KUCHING, 23rd MAY 2015, SATURDAY: Sarawak Energy has received feedback from some of its customers on abnormalities in their bills.
According to Sarawak Energy’s Vice President for Retail, Mr Lau Kim Swee, due to the problem in its handheld meter billing system and transitional issues in the GST implementation, some customers have been getting estimated bills in the past few months.
This problem does not affect many customers as most issues were identified and solved before the GST implementation took effect in April this year. The outstanding issues have been rectified and the system has been restored on 2nd May 2015.
Customers are advised to contact Sarawak Energy Customer Care Centre at 1300-88-3111 directly so immediate action could be taken for bill amendment according to actual meter reading. Customers could also email the Care Centre email: firstname.lastname@example.org or fax at 082 313 588
Sarawak Energy regrets the inconvenience caused and assures its customer that the company will continue to monitor the issue very closely.
