KUCHING, 8TH SEPTEMBER, 2015, TUESDAY: Sarawak Energy is ever ready to assist members of the public enquiring about its services through the company’s designated customer care hotline 1300 88 3111.

From general enquiries to technical issues, Sarawak Energy’s customer service executives manning the hotline are trained to attend to all enquiries in regard to the company’s services, operating 24 hours, seven days a week.

According to Yusri Safri, Sarawak Energy’s Vice President for Retail “Customers are encouraged to contact this hotline which will link them to the relevant channels for their queries. This is also helpful in the event where telephone systems are down at our offices like what happened in Sibu last Monday when the TM line experienced interruption.

“We would like our customers to know that they have alternative lines to call although they are calling from outside Kuching and Miri.  The Customer Care is currently operating from Kuching and Miri and eventually will be extended to cover all divisions.”

Sarawak Energy continues to improve on its customer care services to build the frontline of the company’s Retail Division.  Over the past four years, the company has improved its customer-centric, offering E-services, SMS, E-billing and Autopay facilities. Sarawak Energy is also working on its Mobile Apps which will come online by January next year.
