Kindly check your electricity bill every month to ensure that your account is paid and up to date. Your total outstanding is stated in the "Summary of Charges" (at the top right side of the bill).
The breakdown of outstanding bills is
also reported in the "Important Note" (right side of your bill).
For customers with arrears bills, a reminder will also appear under "Important Note".
Please make immediate payment to avoid disconnection.
If you detect any abnormalities in your bill or have not received the latest bill, please contact our Customer Care Centre at 1300-88-3111; email to email@example.com or report through our mobile app “SEB cares”.
