Relocation of Sarawak Energy's Customer Service Counter in Miri
Miri Customer Service Counter is now at Bandar Baru Permyjaya.
Sarawak Energy's customer service counter at our Miri Regional Office will be relocated to Bandar Baru Permyjaya on Jalan Dato Sri Joseph Balan Seling, effective 27 May.
Customers can also make transactions via our mobile app SEB cares.
Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4pm.
Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Payment kiosks at the customer service centre will be operating seven days a week, from 7.30am to 11pm.
