Customer Satisfaction Survey 2018
Sarawak Energy will be conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey for 2018 through an independent market research company. This annual initiative will help to understand our customers’ perception of our service quality, efficiency and reliability in order for us to improve and serve our customers better.
The survey fieldwork will be held from 29th October 2018 to 18th November 2018 (21 days).
