Bypass facilities and services have been implemented to enable the safe and controlled diversion of the river, ensuring minimal environmental impact and supporting the progress of construction activities.

We are focused on enhancing infrastructure development in Baleh during the construction phase to facilitate community mobility and support social and economic activities.

Bypass facilities were constructed to divert river flow during dam construction and to support the safe and effective closure of the river channel, in line with project requirements and environmental management measures.
